My story isn't all that different than most. Working long days in soul crushing jobs. Barely any time to focus on activities I enjoyed or skills I wanted to learn. Quality time with my wife limited to weekends that always seemed to be over before they began. Not making enough income to put aside for savings, debt, emergencies, let alone take a trip now and then. Don't get me wrong, life was not bad! But it definitely wasn't the life I saw for myself.

I began to crave freedom. It was all I could think about. I realized that my freedom would come at a cost, and decided I was going to pay that cost with passive income.

After various endeavors in real estate and business I was introduced to mortgage note investing, and I saw the light immediately. Secured assets, predictable returns, contractual growth, PASSIVE MONTHLY CASH FLOW. I knew mortgage note investing would be my path to the freedom I so deeply desired.

I now believe it is my responsibility to share this revelation with everyone. By learning to invest in notes and inviting others to partner with me to do the same, my mission is to help as many people as possible create the lives they desire and deserve.
